This panel will feature diversity professionals from a variety of settings, including law firms, bar associations, corporations, higher education, government/public interest. The panelists will discuss their paths to becoming diversity professionals, their insights and experience regarding best practices, challenges, and their perspectives on the future of Diversity and Inclusion in their areas. Confirmed Panelists include: Paula Edgar, Chief Diversity Officer, New York Law School (Moderator); Gabrielle Brown, Director of Diversity and Inclusion, New York City Bar Association; Mecca Santana, Chief Diversity Officer, State of New York; and Peter Wilson, Jr., Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Proskauer Rose.
