Enhancing your leadership skills at each stage of your career improves your chances of succeeding as a leader. In this conversation, our distinguished panel will focus on factors needed to develop essential leadership skills, discuss the importance of building relationships and assuming informal leadership roles in your current work environment, and offer perspective on their own rise to leadership positions. Panelists will provide diverse attorneys with information and advice on how they can "rise to the top of their game" in various practices.
