PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The topic will explore how an inclusive culture--one that nurtures business development and leadership--is key to becoming a success story. We will explore how different cultures/environments impact the road to success. Large firms that have experienced mergers, rapid growth and numerous lateral acquisitions often find it difficult to maintain a healthy internal culture. Faced with these challenges, law firms must find ways to nurture an environment that supports a collaborative and productive workplace, attracts top talent, and encourages lawyers to deliver exceptional levels of client service. We will explore the attributes of this collaborative culture, identify issues related to attaining such a culture, and share techniques for achieving your cultural goals.
