Course Description:

An expert panel will discuss all aspects of the admissibility of medical testimony and evidence at trial, including:

  • Qualifications of experts;
  • Effective use of records;
  • X-rays;
  • MRI films; and
  • Direct and cross examination of medical experts

In addition, the defense perspective will be provided by a practitioner with over 30 years’ experience in negligence and medical malpractice cases, the plaintiff’s perspective will be explained by an attorney with over 40 years’ of experience trying negligence and malpractice cases and the judicial perspective will be provided by Judge Billings.
