DATE:  Wednesday, February 24, 2016

LOCATION & LUNCH: Clifford Chance, 31 West 52nd Street (between 5th & 6th Avenues), 4th Floor, Conference Room NOP, New York, NY.  Clifford Chance has graciously offered to provide lunch to attendees.

TOPIC:  Risk, Failure & Success.

DESCRIPTION: The research increasingly supports the value of risk and failure to gain greater success.  But, how do we get there?  During a facilitated panel conversation, attendees will hear from a distinguished panel who have taken pivotal risks and reaped the rewards.  Attendees will learn how to anticipate fallout, confront the worst possible scenario and focus on resiliency as a means to propel you forward.  We will delve into how to develop a healthy appetite for risk and how to confront the fear of failure to advance in the workplace.  We will also explore how to strike the elusive balance of pushing yourself appropriately out of your comfort zone while not being reckless.  Through personal anecdotes and candid conversation, attendees will leave the program with steps to give you the confidence to dream bigger and pursue more to achieve the success and status you both want and deserve.
