This election season has made us all into political wonks and there are still many months until November.  But how much do we really know about what's going on in the field on the campaign trail?  Join us as our panelists share their diverse personal experiences related to this election and others, including: journalistic experience covering the Trump campaign, serving as General Counsel to the New Jersey Democratic State Committee, and co-chairing South Asians for Hillary.  Our panelists will also discuss how the campaigns and the election will affect the South Asian community and how people can get involved in the months before the election.

Moderator: Lisa Khandhar, SABANY Director

Panelists:

Neha Dewan, National Co-Chair, South Asians for Hillary

Sharaf Mowjood, Senior Producer for Political Video, Huffington Post; Board Member of South Asian Journalists Association

Rajiv Parikh, General Counsel to the New Jersey Democratic State Committee
