We invite you to join us for a roundtable discussion on navigating cultural bias in the workplace. The discussion will be followed by networking and a cocktail reception.

Leading researcher, author and advisor in the fields of leadership and inclusion, Dr. Arin Reeves, will discuss:
  • challenges that may arise when communicating across cultures;
  • ways to identify biases that affect our communication; and
  • how to interrupt those biases to create a more inclusive workplace.
