The program will open with a brief presentation on the history of famous and infamous New York organized crime cases. Then Hon. Michael Obus will lead a discussion with a panel of defense and prosecution lawyers dissecting current and historic cases and their outcomes, trial strategy, and issues arising from these notorious cases, including safety of witnesses and juries, and the court management of high profile cases.
