The Compensation Committee annually reviews the salary, bonus (if any), and benefits that AABANY provides to its staff and makes necessary recommendations. It will be the Committee's responsibility to review and recommend to the Board any salary or benefits for new staff hires. In addition to reviewing salary and benefits, the Committee is working on developing human resources policies such as paid time off, sick days and employee grievance to ensure best practices as AABANY grows. The Committee is also discussing is development of a clear description of employee roles and responsibilities to cross-train staff. The Committee seeks to create policies that ensure all staff works together as seamlessly as possible in their respective roles. The Committee’s goal is to have all of these policies finalized in 2015.
