This networking reception and fireside chat moderated by Robert Loeb, will feature Sherrilyn Ifill, President and Director-Counsel, NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc., and D'Arcy Kemnitz, Executive Director, The National LGBT Bar Association. The program will feature a discussion on moving forward in light of the four landmark civil rights cases handed down by the Supreme Court in June 2013: Fisher v. University of Texas (higher education admissions), Shelby County v. Holder (voting rights), Hollingsworth v. Perry (Proposition 8), and Windsor v. United States (Defense of Marriage Act).
