JOIN US FOR
A Virtual Trial Reenactment: Remembering the Murder of Vincent Chin
Please join us for a virtual trial reenactment and discussion cosponsored by the Asian Affinity Network at Allen & Overy LLP and the Asian American Bar Association of New York, in commemoration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month.
In furtherance of our commitment to civic education and community engagement, we will be hosting a live virtual trial reenactment of the Murder of Vincent Chin and panel discussion on the political implications of the outcome of the case and the history of Asian immigration in the US, antiAsian violence and hate crimes. This event will be eligible for CLE credit (as further described below). A virtual networking reception (via Remo) for attendees to meet informally will follow.
