The Sixth Judicial District will celebrate Black History Month with Reverend Dr. Damond A. Wilson, who will present The Underground Railroad to Today: Local Black History. His discussion will explore Binghamton’s rich Black history and highlight the significant role of Trinity AME Zion Church in the Underground Railroad.
