The L&E Law Committee will be hosting a CLE on March 25, 2026, during which Rachel Lee, President & General Counsel for Stand With Asian Americans (and Co-Chair of AABANY's Issues Committee) will be discussing the trends and observations of different organizations building an inclusive workplace amid a rapidly shifting legal and cultural landscape. Rachel will also discuss practical and compliant ways to foster such work environments. The presentation will be moderated by Jennifer Kim, AABANY's Labor & Employment Law Committee Chair. The Issues Committee is co-sponsoring this event. NY CLE Pending: 1.0 CLE credit towards Diversity, Inclusion, Elimination of Bias.
