Anna Mercado Clark (Phillips Lytle LLP) and Rodrigo Tordecilla (Bryan Cave) will discuss some of the most impactful amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that recently took effect on Dec. 1, 2015. Patricia Astorga will moderate the panel.

Income is based on the adjusted gross income (AGI) of the latest income tax return filed. The participant may select unemployed status regardless of previous year's AGI if they are currently receiving unemployment benefits or have accepted a severance package
