What are the pitfalls and opportunities for Chinese enterprises and entrepreneurs dealing with U.S. bankruptcy proceedings? What are the challenges and opportunities for U.S. and Western businesses dealing with bankruptcies and insolvencies in China? This high-level panel of practitioners and a bankruptcy judge will discuss everything from Chinese bankruptcy laws and how they impact Western businesses, as well as bankruptcies in the West and how Chinese companies can deal with these opportunities. Among the hot bankruptcy topics to be covered include the challenges and opportunities facing Chinese companies interested in purchasing assets out of bankruptcy in the West.
