The Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund (AALDEF) will be helping to hold a series of free immigration legal clinics initiated by the New York City Anti-Violence Project and Asian Anti-Violence Network (AAVN). The clinics are being staffed by a coalition of NYC organizations and government agencies. AALDEF needs volunteer attorneys and non-attorneys for the intakes, and interpreters.
