Immigration and Family Law Options for South Asian Domestic Violence Survivors

As the recent Silicon Valley domestic violence case demonstrates, domestic violence in South Asian communities in America is still a widespread, deadly but painfully silent epidemic. This CLE is designed to provide an overview of immigration and family law and its processes as it applies to South Asian immigrant survivors, VAWA updates, and cultural considerations when working with South Asian clients.

Deborah Rose, Esq., Deborah A. Rose, A Professional Corporation
