Feedback is essential for lawyers at all stages of their careers to advance their skills. During this interactive workshop, we will look at how successful lawyers seek feedback from others, how they effectively receive both positive and negative feedback and how they incorporate feedback to make changes and advance their skills. We will discuss feedback from supervisors, clients and colleagues and how the skills can be applied in law firms and public sector law offices.
