A new category of CLE credit has been added to the CLE Program Rules and the New York State CLE Board Regulations and Guidelines. Effective July 1st, 2018, all attorneys admitted to the New York Bar for two years or more must earn one Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias CLE credit as part of their biennial CLE requirement.
