for young attorneys to distinguish themselves in a competitive marketplace by
developing client-representation skills in negotiation and Alternative Dispute
Resolution processes. ADR is now part of the mainstream of legal practice, and
developing the skills to get the outcome that your client is looking for can
distinguish you from your peers.
