On behalf of the Officers and Directors of the Association, it is our pleasure to invite you to attend
the 51st Charles A. Rapallo and Justice Antonin Scalia Award Luncheon where we will confer
our most distinguished award upon The Honorable Frank R. Seddio, Chairman of the Kings
County Democratic County Committee and Former Judge, Surrogate's Court, Kings
County. This award, named in honor of the first Italian American jurists appointed to the New
York State Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court, is bestowed annually to
outstanding jurists, public servants and citizens of Italian American descent.
Light refreshments begin at
12:30 p.m., followed by a luncheon award reception. Business attire is required.
Individual Tickets range from $185 to $350 per person and Tables of 10 range from $1,850 to
$3,500, all based upon seating location. All seating is assigned to the best available location
based upon the date your payment is received -- with table purchases receiving priority and
Souvenir Ad Journal recognition. You may also help us defer costs by sponsoring the attendance
of an invited Judge for $150.00. All registrations must be received by April 1, 2016. Online
