Welcome and Introduction by the Chef/Co Owner Salil Mehta
Chinese Indian Cuisine, multi Course dinner, shared family style
Chef Mehta and his wife Stacey Lo cook an intensely personal cuisine: that of the Hakka Chinese from Kolkata, India. The Kolkata Chinese food is a tale of immigration, cultural fusion and plain deliciousness.
