AABANY & FALA New York Present a Caregiver CLE
This CLE will address the legal protections available for professional caregivers, primary caregivers in their families and expectant parents. The panel will feature Dana Sussman from the NYC Commission on Human Rights who will discuss NYC-specific laws (including a law that was passed in 2016) and Olivia Quinto, of Outten and Golden, who discuss statewide and federal-level protection. If you have a caregiver in your client base, your professional or social network, or your family, we encourage you to attend. The panel will be moderated by Michael Yim, Partner at the New York City office of Sedgwick LLP.
Pre-registration required for 1 CLE credit in Areas of Professional Practice
FREE: AABANY members and members not seeking CLE credit / $20: non-members seeking CLE credit. To request Financial Aid for a program, contact the Professional Development Committee at cle@aabany.org.
