This is an event for arbitrators of diverse backgrounds to meet directly with arbitration users (corporate or law firm). It is often said that one of the reasons that diverse candidates are not chosen for arbitral tribunals is that they are not "known" to the users.

This program aims to remedy that problem by allowing for direct interactions between arbitrators and users.
