The Asian American Bar Association of New York (“AABANY”) Annual Meeting of Members (the “Annual Meeting”) will be held in person on February 11, 2026 at 7:00 pm ET at King & Spalding located at 1290 Avenue of the Americas (Sixth Avenue), New York, NY 10104. There will be no generally available remote option for the Annual Meeting.

Every Active Member in good standing (as defined in AABANY’s by-laws) as of the Record Date of January 5, 2026 shall be entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.

Your vote is very important. We need a quorum of 92 to conduct the Election at the Annual Meeting, and your proxy ballot will help us attain the necessary quorum. All members eligible to vote will be receiving an email with a link to cast their proxy vote online. Please be on the lookout for that email. If you would prefer to complete and send back a proxy ballot instead, download the PDF form here. In all cases, please cast your ballot by no later than Feb. 6, 2026.

If you plan to attend the Annual Meeting in person, register on this page by no later than Feb. 8, 2026.
