 Join us for a discussion about domestic labor
 trafficking from theperspectives of corporations, lawyers, and 
communities. Ms. Suriyopas will provide an overview of human 
trafficking laws, including current and pending state and federal 
anti-trafficking legislation. Mr. Bhatnagar will discuss guest worker 
programs and the ACLU's work representing victims of trafficking in 
civil litigation. Mr.McCahon will discuss the "standard business 
model" of the labor trafficking process and due diligence that companies
 can perform before entering joint ventures and mergers & 
acquisitions. Ms. Ranjit and Ms. Gurung will offer the perspective of 
communities and the challenges faced by former victims of trafficking as
 they seek resources and lead policy advocacy efforts to end labor 
trafficking.
