KALAGNY's Litigation Committee's Two-Part Deposition Workshop - August 25, 2015 and October 6, 2015

KALAGNY's Litigation Committee will be holding a two-part deposition workshop on August 25, 2015 and October 6, 2015.  Both events will be held from 7:00pm - 9:00pm at the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati LLP.  Members of the Committee (with guests from the IP Committee) will role play as examiners, witnesses, and defense counsel to conduct live depositions complete with a mock fact pattern.  The depositions will be transcribed by a real court reporter.
