This three-part program offers an overview of estate planning basics. Our speakers will guide attendees through an initial client meeting, point out key pieces of information to gather, and discuss the use and importance of advanced directives. Then, they will explain the fundamentals of preparing and executing basic estate planning documents, including wills, trusts and related documents. Next, they will discuss fiduciary selection concerns and explore administration issues. Finally, our speakers will wrap things up by tackling some of the ethical issues related to estate planning.

Whether you are new to practicing estate planning or simply want a refresher course, this program contains all of the practical information you need to know.
