Mark Gaston Pearce is the Chairman of the National Labor Relations Board and he is currently serving his second term as a senate confirmed Board Member appointed by President Obama in 2013. Mark’s career can only be described as a serious dive into the world of work place issues. He was a founding partner of a labor and employment firm, a trial attorney at the NLRB, an adjunct faculty member for Cornell University School of Industrial Labor Relations Great Lakes Extension Program, and he served on various committees and commissions in the New York State government. Mark is a graduate of Cornell University and State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He is also a passionate painter.
