A panel of experts will discuss the due diligence required and addressed before a residential contract ( houses; condominiums including resale and new construction; cooperatives) is signed and prior to closing of the transaction. Specific attention will be directed to representation of both Foreign Asian Purchasers and Sellers, and ethical considerations will be highlighted.
