This program will cover the key legal and regulatory considerations for companies that seek to invest and operate businesses in Korea with a focus on corporate entity formation, foreign investment, employment & labor, antitrust and competition, and dispute resolution in Korean courts. An overview of various laws, recent amendments and case studies will be discussed to help companies comply with laws/regulations and to avoid pitfalls in a highly regulated environment like the Republic of Korea. The topics will be presented by both U.S. trained and licensed attorneys and Korean attorneys.  The event will conclude with a Q&A followed by a reception with light food and beverages/cocktails.
