Event Chairs: John Kim, Jihyun Choi and Philip Kim

Join the Litigation Committee’s first event of 2019, a seminar for attorneys seeking to expand their trial advocacy skills, particularly in presenting opening and closing statements.  This seminar will be presented by Mihea Kim, an experienced litigator who was selected as one of eight elite anchor attorneys in the newly formed Homicide Defense Task Force (HDTF) of the The Legal Aid Society.  Over the course of 30 years of practice at The Legal Aid Society, Ms. Kim has tried over 60 trials and conducted hundreds of hearings.  At the seminar, Ms. Kim will share her vast trial experience and discuss important takeaways that all attorneys can benefit from when preparing for a hearing or trial.

The event will take place on Monday, February 25 at 6:30 PM, at Quinn Emmanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP (51 Madison Ave., 21st Fl, Manhattan) in Conference Room 21 A/B (please sign in at building lobby).  Light dinner and drinks will be served.
