Simon Mui is an attorney admitted in New York, England & Wales and Hong Kong. Simon is also a General Committee Member of Stanford Club of Hong Kong and recipient of 2019 Distinguished Alumni Award of Washington University School of Law. Simon graduated from Stanford Graduate School of Business with Master of Science in Management and Washington University in St. Louis with JD and LLM. He previously worked as a General Manager (Legal) of a leading solar energy company listed in Hong Kong. Before that, he worked with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP and Baker McKenzie in the areas of capital markets, corporate finance and compliance of listed companies.
Founded in 2007, CLECSS is currently a large and influential lawyers’ platform in China.
