It's been three years since President Obama signed the Defend Trade Secrets Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1836, et seq. (DTSA) into law. This panel will discuss the most recent caselaw updates on the DTSA's most important provisions, including the definition of trade secrets and its enforcement provisions.  This panel will also discuss tips and tactics relevant to both outside and in-house counsel in thinking about protecting trade secrets and trade secret litigation.
