This program assists attorneys, who include animal law in their practice, in incorporating two important new skills into their client response, ADR and operating a remote platform for practice. Prior to Covid 19, most animal law practitioners negotiated or litigated a pending matter.  Now, with the current backlog and expected influx of new cases waiting to be filed once the courts reopen, dealing with animal law matters in court will take an extraordinary amount of time.

One thing attorney's have learned during this pandemic is, remote discussions work and learning the skills of alternative dispute resolution can make remote discussions work even better.  This program will help practitioners learn what they need to know before going remote.  They will help their clients with animal issues quickly and responsibly.
