As the General Counsel at Broadway Stages, Ltd., he handles the legal affairs of one of New York’s largest full-service TV and film production companies, consisting of over 50 sound stages throughout Brooklyn and Queens and location spaces throughout the New York City boroughs. At Broadway Stages, he handles and manages all of the legal affairs of one of the largest television and movie production companies in New York and its related or affiliated Real Estate Portfolio, including transactional matters, financing, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and litigation. A substantial amount of the day-to-day legal matters include drafting and negotiating studio and other contracts with major television networks, production companies, movie studios and other media outlets, including CBS, NBC, ABC, Disney, Marvel, Netflix, Amazon, Sony, Hulu, HBO, Paramount, and Fox, and dealing with every legal emergency that may arise. Anthony also hires, manages and coordinates with outside counsel on a discretionary basis and when necessary.

Mr. Fong will speak briefly about some of the factors he uses to assess and hire outside counsel.
