In August 2019, Governor Andrew Cuomo signed several sweeping amendments to New York State’s laws prohibiting discrimination and harassment in employment.  As the first year anniversary of the amendments passes, an expert panel will analyze the impact of the amendments on the courts, the New York State Division of Human Rights, employers, employees and litigants.
