This is a program to help teach participants to identify and disrupt biases in themselves. Based on the principals of Cognitive Behavioralism, it’s a method that can be used in any situation to enhance understanding and decision making. Participants will receive concrete, actionable tools to manage their own biases in any situation, professional or personal.
