RSVP HERE. Lawyers are experts at stress but this seemingly inescapable aspect of our work is also damaging our health, relationships and mental acuity. Mindfulness meditation has been proven to reduce stress. This half hour session will not only provide a respite from the daily pressures but also give you the tools to incorporate very simple, and effective, ways to reduce stress in your life. Brief comments about meditation will be followed by a guided meditation experience that is ideally suited for all, from beginner to seasoned meditator.The presenter is Benjamin Felcher Leavitt, Esq, Esq.
