Over the past year, courts and litigants have experimented with virtual trials and will likely continue to do so in the foreseeable future. AABANY's Litigation Committee is proud to host a panel on effective virtual advocacy in the “courtroom.” You'll earn CLE credit and hear from seasoned veterans of the process who will share the lessons they have learned from their battle-tested experience, including dos and don’ts, avoidable pitfalls, effective navigation of the process, and best practices for conducting yourself in both bench trials and jury trials. Our distinguished panelists include Jenny C. Wu (Paul Weiss) as moderator, Irisa Chen (Weil), Lan Hoang (Baker Hostetler) and Ada K. Wong (AKW Law). Please RSVP by March 14th. We look forward to you joining us!

AABANY is certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider. This program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the CLE Board for a maximum of 1.0 credit hour, in which  1.0 credit hour will be applied toward the Skills requirement. This program is suitable for both transitional and non-transitional New York attorneys.
