AABANY's Litigation Committee is proud to host a panel on effective virtual advocacy in the “courtroom.” You'll earn CLE credit and hear from seasoned veterans of the process who will share the lessons they have learned from their battle-tested experience, including dos and don’ts, avoidable pitfalls, effective navigation of the process, and best practices for conducting yourself in both bench trials and jury trials.
