Jacob Chen is a litigation partner at DGW Kramer LLP. He has extensive experience in cross-border business tort litigation, especially involving Chinese companies and Chinese nationals. He regularly organizes and moderates panels that concern issues of interest to the Asian community, including on behalf of AABANY and NAPABA.

Katie Burghardt Kramer, Esq.
Katie Burghardt Kramer is a litigation partner at DGW Kramer LLP. Her practice focuses on complex litigation and arbitration matters on behalf of businesses and individuals, with an emphasis on China-related disputes. She has a national and international practice, regularly handling matters in federal and state courts across the United States. She has handled multiple EB-5 fraud related litigations on behalf of defrauded investors.
Rongping Wu, Esq.
Rongping (Larry) Wu is a managing partner at DGW Kramer LLP. His practices focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, US-inbound and China out-bound investments, capital markets, project finance, real estate and cross-border dispute resolutions. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Wu serves as a consultant to the International Law Institute in Washington DC, and he is an adjunct law professor with the Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He has handled multiple EB-5 fraud related litigations on behalf of defrauded investors.
Kimberly Cain, Esq.
Kimberly Cain is a Senior Counsel in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement. Ms. Cain has conducted numerous investigations, including those involving EB-5 offering fraud, financial fraud and insider trading. Ms. Cain frequently serves as a liaison between the SEC and USCIS for EB-5-related securities offerings and investigations and serves as a mentor to SEC staff working on EB-5 related investigations.
