Please join the White & Case Asian Affinity Network at its live virtual trial reenactment, The Massie Trials: Race, Honor, and Justice in Depression Era Hawaii, followed by a discussion with panelists.

The Massie Trials, which involved one of America’s greatest defense attorneys, Clarence Darrow, gripped the nation and exposed the racial and political tensions present in Depression-era Hawaii. These cases offer us an opportunity to examine and reflect on a difficult moment in US history and the need for diversity and unity. Our actors come from several of our US offices and include associates, business services professionals and partners.

Special thanks to the Asian American Bar Association of New York for use of the script and to JuryGroup for use of the slides.

If you have any questions, please contact Amanda Wong (amanda.wong@whitecase.com) or Sylvia Chin (schin@whitecase.com).
