PLEASE NOTE: Attorneys and non-attorneys with experience may apply for this program, BUT attorney applicants must be admitted to the New York State Bar for at least 5 years.
If you intend to apply to volunteer for a local program, once your registration is confirmed, you must submit your resume or bio to feedispute@nycourts.gov. Please include in the email the program you want to apply to. Those who indicate they want to volunteer can attend for free. The Board of Governors must approve all neutrals to arbitrate for the program. Attending this program is not a guarantee that you will be accepted to volunteer for the program.
