AABANY is certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited CLE Provider. This continuing legal education program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the CLE Board for one and one-half credits hours, of which one credit hour is applied toward Diversity & Inclusion and one-half credits hours can be applied toward Ethics requirement. Transitional and Non-transitional New York attorneys will receive Ethics and Professionalism credit. Only Non-transitional attorneys will receive Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias credit.
