This CLE Program is part of the 9^th JD Judicial Access to Justice Committee 2023 CLE series which is offered “free of charge” to all participants, regardless of bar association membership.  This class is presented to assist lawyers and families in understanding how ADA accommodation requests are to be made by attorneys (for themselves or clients) before the courts, how such requests are to be reviewed and determined, and other information about the ADA office.

This continuing legal education course has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 1 credit hour, of which 1 credit hour can be applied toward the skills requirement.
