As China transitions from its zero-Covid policy, the nation will face new challenges and opportunities in its economic development and global interactions. The Asia Practice Committee and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee will co-host a China Roundtable on May 19, 2023, which aims to bring together law professionals, academics, and business leaders to engage in an in-depth and open discussion on current and emerging legal and economic issues between the two countries. The Roundtable will explore topics such as cross-border investments, dispute resolution, the impact of China’s lift of its zero-Covid policy on business operations as well as opportunities across the region. Participants will have the opportunity to share their insights and expertise, as well as to ask questions and challenge assumptions in a collegial and respectful atmosphere.
