This program consists of two evening sessions on June 11 and 12, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Completion of both sessions will qualify the attendants for Part 36 GAL appointments and six CLE credit hours. The eight lectures will cover procedure for GAL appointments, administration, probate, miscellaneous proceedings, accounting, SCPA 17-A guardianship, kinship hearings, and Supreme Court and other court proceedings. A panel of 10 Surrogates will discuss some ethical considerations in the GAL cases. The $50 includes registration and dinner for both sessions.
