In light of escalating challenges to LGBTQ and AAPI rights, this program seeks to empower attorneys with the knowledge and tools to make a tangible impact.  By examining the intersection of legal practice and advocacy, participants will explore how to address systemic barriers and provide support to the LGBTQ/AAPI communities.  Topics will include current issues impacting LGBTQ and AAPI communities and different approaches to effect change, such as community organizing, impact litigation, and pro bono/direct legal services.
