Anti-Semitism was already rising across American society before the October 7, 2023, terrorist attack in Israel, and it has exploded since. Unsurprisingly, what exists in society finds its way into the workplace. The Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law, a national civil rights organization advancing the rights of the Jewish people through legal advocacy, policy development, and education, has counseled hundreds of employees and organizations navigating these issues. This program shares what we have learned with the attorneys who counsel employees and employers facing them.
