The Administrative Board of the statewide court system recently adopted new rules that will harmonize various disciplinary procedures around the state. These rules promise a more uniform approach to disciplining New York attorneys. 

Thus, charges of attorney misconduct will be investigated in a similar manner across the state and sanctions for similar kinds of wrongdoing will be consistent. The program will discuss what changes were made and what procedures will remain in place. Included are: 2 MCLE Credits (Ethics).
